Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our preferred organic bonsai long-term fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring instrument at mid-height between the root collar and the first branch (see sample image). In case of multiple trunks, the widest is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix specially developed by us.
- Wherever possible, we reuse old packaging for shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered in before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- We hire service providers who state they normally deliver within max. 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend delivery delays.
