U. S. War office - Intelligence bulletin dec. 1944 [booby-trapped souvenirs]

Beautiful booklet with many illustrations and photographs from World War II, containing exceptional information about Japanese and German warfare intended to inform officers about new developments.

It mentions "booby-trapped souvenirs" where many American soldiers were killed, but also "human mine detectors" in which Japanese soldiers moved through minefields, with many deaths as a result, in order to ensure the speed of the planned assault. It also covers Japanese bunkers, new types of grenades or mines, German defensive tactics and artillery vehicles, and so on.

In good condition, though with signs of use. (see photos for a good impression of it)
