Stunning Art Deco / early 20th-century vintage photograph frame, with a gilded brass (or bronze) mount in Louis XVI style, topped by an elegant carved ribbon knot.
This frame is sold with an original vintage black-and-white photograph depicting a couple, produced by the studio "Photo Moderne" located at 4, rue Pierre-Hardie (Hôtel du Nord) in Metz.
The back mounting system includes a spring that clamps the glass in place as well as a retractable foot/stand for posing on a piece of furniture. It also has a hanging ring on the back.
