Bronze Art Deco bookends dating to 1950–1960, made in France, measuring 9 cm deep, 5 cm wide and 13 cm high, in good condition with minor signs of aging and small spots.
Description from the seller
Beautiful set of bookends made of bronze, the classic Art Deco style of the early 20th century (circa 1920s/30s). But these were probably made later, in the 1960s.
Beautiful set of bookends in brown patinated bronze.
Made in the style or by renowned American art foundries of that era, such as the Jennings Brothers; they were known for such vivid, narrative designs in which animals – often a Scottie or Terrier chasing or spying on a cat – played a lead role.
Dimensions: listed in the photos.
Condition: in good condition with minimal signs of wear.
They are well packed and sent by registered mail.
