Murano blown-glass vase, characterized by a complex and rich chromatic decoration. The rounded body and the flared neck are enhanced by a magnificent speckled motif: broad patches of bronze and brown blend with the glass, illuminated by a dense presence of gold dust (aventurine) that gives the entire surface an intense sparkling effect. To enrich the classical line of the vase are two sinuous handles in transparent crystal, hot-applied to the sides of the neck. A detail of fundamental importance that denotes the high quality of this piece is the finish of the base: the vase bears the pontil mark perfectly milled and polished.
