AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
This wooden tray with gold or brass details is a beautiful example of mid-century modern design. It bears a strong resemblance to vintage Italian trays from the 1950s and 1960s, often manufactured by brands such as MB Italy.
Features of this type of tray
Such trays often combine classic materials for a luxurious look:
Material: The surface is usually made of Formica with a wood grain (such as rosewood). This material is heat- and stain-resistant.
Finish: The edge and the handles are typically made of gilded brass or a gold-colored metal.
Style: The rounded corners and the clean, minimalist handles are characteristic of the Italian style from that period.
