Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi V1 Triangle, made in the United States around 1970, in good physical condition and functional, one unit weighing 900 g with battery included.
Description from the seller
Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi, first generation “Triangle” (V1), produced in the United States around 1970–1971.
It has a separate ON/OFF switch and the era-specific board.
Condition and operation. It works, according to the owner. A professional technician serviced it around 2014. The original box is not present.
Circuit. The interior photos show components consistent with the era: green capacitors, most carbon resistors, potentiometers, vintage encapsulated transistors and a browned board. The four blue electrolytic capacitors appear to have been replaced during maintenance. From the photos alone, the date and origin of these replacements cannot be certified. The potentiometer markings are compatible with era codes. However, a potentiometer code does not indicate the pedal year.
The circuit photos are complete and included in the lot. Vintage pedal described transparently. No claim of complete originality.
