Lotto of 6 Vintage Murano Glass Art Objects (1970s/1980s) – Clown, Bullicante Egg-Shaped Paperweight, and Family of Swans with Love Knot
Lotto Description:
Splendid lot consisting of 6 vintage hand-made art glass sculptures and decorative objects, dating to Murano production in the 1970s/1980s. A colorful and varied ensemble, ideal for collectors of artisanal glass and display pieces.
Piece Details:
1x Clown / Clown Sculpted in Warm Glass (approximately 15 cm high):
Traditional handcrafted work with pants made from multicolored cane stripes, torso in transparent purple/amethyst shades with white glass paste buttons applied, and facial features and hat finished by hand.
1x Egg-Shaped U-Desk Paperweight with "Bullicante" Technique:
Massive ovoid glass sculpture with a molded base. Features a red spiral core wrapped by a regular grid of trapped air bubbles in the transparent glass (bullicante technique).
3x Triptych "Family of Swans":
Figurative set consisting of two adult swans with amber/honey gradient bodies, red beaks with applied details, paired with a small coordinated swan in blue glass.
