Amsterdamse School - Table - Oak

Art Deco style, vintage eik (oak) plantentafel (plant stand or flower table), which evokes the design and style of the Amsterdamse School, a Dutch style typical of the 1920s and 1930s.
These types of tall, slender tables were often used to display houseplants, vases or decorative objects, but sometimes also functioned as smoking or wine tables. The elegant piece of furniture has a round, edged top and distinctive, curved legs, which are joined at the bottom by an X-shaped brace.
The table is in impeccable condition, brilliantly reflecting the grain directions of the raw wood.
