AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Antique hammered copper cache-pot, on three brass lion-paw feet.
Beautiful hand-hammered copper cache-pot, flared cone shape, its rim reinforced by a pretty rolled edge. It is fitted with a movable black wrought-iron handle, fixed on either side by riveted fittings, which gives it rustic charm and makes it easy to move.
It rests on three brass feet carved in the shape of lion paws with their claws.
The hammering, clearly visible across the surface, offers beautiful plays of light. The patina is natural and warm: pinkish, golden and browned reflections, with a few traces of verdigris oxidation, a sign of age and use. The combination of copper, brass, and wrought iron is typical of traditional dinanderie metalwork of olden times.
This cache-pot will find its place in an entry, near a fireplace, or on a terrace to welcome a green plant.
