Platter - Tin

Gorgeous, heavy tin bowl/basket in characteristic Art Nouveau style. The design is strongly inspired by the iconic work of designer Achille Gamba from the early 20th century.

The bowl is richly decorated with an organic relief of tulips in various stages of bloom. The handle is beautifully formed as interwoven tulip leaves

The bowl is made of high-quality, solid tin. From the hallmark on the underside the lion's tail is still visible, as well as a part of the text Zinn 95%.

The handle-basket measures 25 cm wide/deep and 17 cm high. The weight is almost 1400 grams.

The object is in good condition, with regular signs of use/wear. For a good impression, view the photos.
