Ashtray - Brass, Glass - Chic vertical ashtray

According to research, a vintage floor-standing ashtray on a pedestal (often mid-century style or 1940s-1950s), composed of a shaft and a base in brass or bronze and an upper tray in frosted glass/crystal.
• Structure: Made of brass or darkened metal, with a stem decorated by central fusiform geometric elements and a circular base worked in relief with radiating geometric motifs.
• Cup: A wide, pressed transparent glass (or heavy crystal) dish with a diamond- or facet-cut relief, typical of Hollywood Regency style or the classic mid-century modern movement of the era.
• Handle: At the top there is a decorative perforated brass ring handle with Baroque motifs, designed to move the item easily next to armchairs or sofas.

N.B.: the ashtray is sold as shown in the photo; it will be shipped dismantled.
Note: in the photos you can see defects such as a hole that is no longer cylindrical due to wear from emptying cigarette butts, which is stabilized by two 12 mm washers to anchor everything.
