Vectrex console from the manufacturer GCE. It works. I was just at the repair shop 'Rolfs Werkstatt' in Germersheim, Germany. There, besides a cold solder joint (which is a factory defect) a capacitor was replaced. The device comes with a controller and the built-in game Minestorm, without any additional accessories.

Vectrex Console des Herstellers GCE. Funktioniert.
