Description from the seller
Vintage Vallauris earthenware table lamp by Louis Gruson – 1960s – Unique piece hand-painted
Description :
Splendid and authentic vintage table lamp (circa 1960-1970) in enameled earthenware from the famous Vallauris production (France).
This is a unique artisanal piece, entirely hand-painted by the ceramicist and decorator Louis Gruson. The base bears a magnificent spring floral motif (cornflowers, daisies) very fresh, underscored by delicate blue ribbons. The bottom of the base features an elegant gradient of brown-orange tones. The lamp is presented with its original jute/raffia woven lampshade with brown and gold trim, offering a soft and warm light.
