Jar - Wood - Hindelooper lid pot

Hand-painted Hindelooper lid pot – traditional flower decor

Atmospheric wooden lid pot, executed in the recognizable style of the traditional Hindelooper painting. The deep black-green background forms a beautiful contrast with the colorful flower decor in ocher yellow, red, blue, green and cream.

The front is richly painted with a large stylized flower, surrounded by smaller blossoms, leaves and red flower buds. Fine gold lines accentuate the round shape of the pot and continue onto the matching lid. This makes the whole a harmonious and decorative object.

The pot is made of wood and provided with a loose lid with a spherical knob. The visible brushstrokes and small variations in the decor emphasize the hand-painted character.

A charming object that looks excellent in a rural, classical or folkloric interior. Suitable as a decorative storage pot, planter or collector's item.
