The book is in excellent condition, there are no wormholes or water stains, the binding is perfect, some pages have been restored as shown in the pictures, on sheet 107 some pen lines as in the picture, unfortunately missing title page and index.

De re aedificatoria (literally "On building") is a treatise in ten books on architecture written by Leon Battista Alberti around 1450, during his long stay in Rome, commissioned by Leonello d'Este, universally recognized as one of the most important treatises on the technique of construction ever written.
