Two beautiful "swollen-fig-shaped" vases with the typical narrow-stem shape-neck.
Enamel pottery - faience-selenium - red - oxidizing -baked. Ian Nolf was a Torhoutse ceramics baker (1931-1999), generation of Vandeweghe (Perignem) Léon Goosens - Joost Marechal - Oswald Tieberghien (Eeklo) and is mentioned in ART CERAMICS "Pioneers in Flanders" 1938-1978 of M Heiremans - edition Arnoldsche - 2006.
These vases are not signed but were in the possession of an ex-friend / employee.
Orange vase 1: H = 19 cm - diameter belly = 13 cm /1.095 kg.
(Has small production error underneath)
Red vase: H = 21 cm - diameter belly = 15 cm / 2.505 kg.
