Foldable Setaney Walking Cane Chair / Stool by Torck, specially made for the largest event that Belgium has ever known, the 1958 World Fair in Brussels. This souvenir could be purchased during the Expo 58 and gave the owner the opportunity to relax.

The chair is in reasonable condition, see the photos.
All rubber caps are still on (EXCEPTIONAL) 
Although the middle rubber cap is in the stick itself instead of on it. (Please see photos.) 

The stool was given the name 'Setaney', which in the Brussels dialect means as much as 'sit down'. It was produced in red, yellow and black, which is a reference to the Belgian 3-colour. It was also available in grey in a very limited edition, now a sought-after collector's item. However, the sales figures of this 'Setaney' were disappointing, as a result of which the large overstock after the Expo 58 was destroyed. 

The stool has normal signs of wear, but is otherwise in good condition. On top of the seat there's the logo of Expo 58, namely the world-famous star designed by graphic artist Lucien De Roeck. Inside the star there's the town hall of Brussels. Furthermore, all letters are still perfectly legible, which is rather exceptional. You can also see the shadows of the letters & the stool is still equipped with the original anti-slip caps at the bottom.
