VINTAGE 1980s Japanese Westone Bass Guitar This is an early production run 1982 Westone Thunder I bass guitar in a natural wood finish. It has a 20 fret neck and 33.5 inch scale length. The nut and bridge are brass, consistent with guitars of the period where brass was used to improve sustain. The bass guitar is in very good condition with original tuners and the original lawsuit "Gibson style" control knobs consistent with early production run Westone guitars and basses (these were later superseded by the flat brass controls more commonly seen on Westone instruments). There are two small marks in the wood to the side of the guitar and light wear marks on the top rear of the headstock otherwise this is a great original 1982 Made in Japan Bass Guitar in extremely good condition for its age. The bass guitar has no case but can be shipped in a secure carton within and from the UK.
