This Canon L1 Rangefinder, from the V series, doesn’t have the self-timer which makes the front more refined. The curtains are not made of metal. The noise is little more hushed with a normal curtain, reminiscent of the older series. Those features make the experience slightly different. 

This camera is in good condition with minor oxidation on the top and bottom plates and is in perfect working condition. 

With two speed dials for Hi and Low speeds.
A "modern style" rewind knob.
Viewfinder 35mm/50mm//RF is full frame, with no bright line (see photos). 
Viewfinder Ratio < 1:1

Camera is releasing well from T, 1s to 1/1000.
Rangefinder and finder are clear and set, switching from 35, 50, to RF position.

The curtains are in good condition. 

The functions (winder, rewind, finder...) are in perfect working condition and act smoothly. 
Shoe mount parallax compensation is working fine.

RF position helps a lot when sharp focusing is critical with the Auto up 2 and the 50 mm 1.8 lens (about 30 cm). 

It's a nice camera for a collection or shooting.
