This D25.2 left the famous DEUTZ factory in Cologne in May 1964. It was sold by a local dealer in The Netherlands to a camp site, were it was mainly used for moving trailers and caravans around and garbage collection. We normally maintain and restore steam engines, but due to COVID, there were no steam events in Europe, so we bought this tractor to keep ourselves busy.

It is now in the same condition as it was when it left the factory in 1964. Everything was taking care of, the engine, clutch, brakes, steering, new bearings and seals if necessary, new wiring etc. 

The tractor comes with an USB-stick that holds the user manual as well as the technical manual. For those familiar with the DEUTZ tractors, is has an 812 type of engine, as the D series came to an end and this engine was already developed for the new 05 series, which makes it very rare. 

The gearbox has a satellite for driving a cutter bar, but the mowing equipment does not come with the tractor.
