This amazing set of cushions is part of the project  “Fashion ReBID – Fashion Re Building Interior Design” Program 2023, presented as preview on Catawiki for this special Auction. 
A project realized by our Atelier in Milan that shows fabrics from Fashion Brands and Designers.

Founded in 1935, the French luxury design house Pierre Frey is an inspirational, family-owned business with a proud tradition which looks towards the future. The Maison designs, creates and manufactures fabrics in the purest French tradition, but mixing styles and periods.
Three luxury cushions made with the precious Pierre Frey "Abkaou" fabric in "Perle" color and one cushion made with Pierre Frey "Abkaou" fabric in "Diorite" color and backside made with viscose and silk fabric in white cream color.
This magnificent scene of life, finely woven, restores all the emotion of the limestone stele exhibited in the Louvre's Department of Egyptian Antiquities.
This precious damask, a bas-relief in silk and linen, depicts the cattle chief Abkaou and his wife receiving offerings.
