These fans have wonderful paintings on them! 
There is a picture of a flight across Paris and Japan, as well as a ceremony on a battleship in full ceremonial dress with luxurious clothing.
The writing is from right to left, so these fans are from before World War II.
These are very old and some of the metal fittings have been removed. Please look at the pictures and understand.
A small Hinomaru flag is included.
