Designed in 1928 and made famous in 1965 by Cassina, LC4 is the chaise longue par-excellence: the form for relaxation, born of the three designer's desire to put man at the centre of attention. Thanks to the correlation between function and relaxation, in perfect balance pure geometry and substance. The stability of the cradle, at any angle of inclination, is ensured by the friction of the rubber tubes which cover the pedestal crosspiece.
