Benjamin Sinclair (Ben) Johnson, Jr. (Falmouth, 30 december 1961) is een voormalige atleet uit Canada, die gespecialiseerd is in de sprint. In 1988, in Seoul, was de wereld getuige van een van de grootste dopingschandalen uit de geschiedenis van de Olympische spelen. Ben Johnson, in een fabelachtige tijd van 9,79 seconden winnaar van de 100 meter, werd twee dagen na zijn gouden race het Olympische dorp uitgesmeten, omdat urine-onderzoek sporen van furazobol had aangetoond. Carl Lewis kreeg na diskwalificatie van Johnson de Olympische titel
