STORIA/PANORAMICA
La Jaguar XJ è un modello di berlina di lusso prodotta dalla cas automobilistica britannica Jaguar a partire dal 1968. La prima serie della XJ debuttò al Salone dell'Automobile di Parigi del 1968 e divenne presto un modello strategico per la casa di Coventry ancora in produzione


ESTERNO
La verniciatura esterna è stata professionalmente restaurata nel 2022 anni fa' dal precedente proprietario ed è in ottime condizioni con minimi segni utilizzo. Il colore è l'originale di fabbrica. Un test spessimetro non ha evidenziato incidenti.

Anche il sottoscocca è completamente originale e generalmente molto solido, senza segni di incidenti avendo l'auto sempre conservato in garage e utilizzata solo per alcuni raduni e utilizzi speciali. Segna soltanto 62000km da nuova.


INTERNO
I sedili anteriori e posteriori sono in condizioni originali con una bella patina originale, tutto il resto dell'abitacolo compreso il cruscotto ed i legni sono stati ben conservati e rappresentano un vero salotto inglese. Le belle condizioni degli interni confermano la vita tranquilla del veicolo.

MECCANICA
Il motore è originale di fabbrica come da carta di circolazione. E' sempre stato mantenuto in efficienza ed è ben funzionante, si accende facilmente ed è utilizzabile. Il cambio è funzionante come la frizione, le marce funzionano correttamente. Le gomme sono con disegno originale. Il controllo tecnico superato a Luglio 2023 valido fino Luglio 2025 non ha evidenziato difetti per la circolazione.


Una rara XJ serie 1 con cambio manuale, nata italiana di un bellissimo colore Blu, è sempre più raro trovare queste vetture con una carrozzeria restaurata e ben mantenute.
