DESCRIPTION

Elégante statuette en bronze représentant Bouddha prenant la terre à témoin. Il est vêtu d’une robe monastique. Son visage exprime une profonde sérénité. 

Birmanie, période Mandalay, fin du XIXème siècle/début du XXème siècle.

Elle mesure 23,5 cms de hauteur, 19 cms de largeur, 12 cms de profondeur et pèse 2395 grs.

Statue de belle qualité, yeux incrustés.

LE VENDEUR

Depuis plus de 30 ans, je parcours l'Asie du Sud Est et surtout la Birmanie, cette statue a été achetée au début des années 2000, à Rangoon.

ETAT

Très bon état pour un objet de cette époque   (voir photos).

Elle sera emballée avec soin, envoi assuré et traçable.
