Vintage set wandlampen model Archos van de Deense fabrikant Darø is een ontwerp van de Deense designer Thomas Darø. De Archos wandlampen zijn geïnspireerd op de wind die het zeil van een zeilboot vult, waardoor een zachte curve ontstaat die de indruk wekt van beweging en de oneindigheid van de oceaan. In het ontwerp herhaalt Thomas Darø de vorm om een ​​zachte, lichte en uitnodigende look te creëren. De geëxtrudeerde en gesneden aluminium kap zal vanuit alle hoeken hinten naar de zachte curves, die lijken op de wind die het zeil vult. De matte afwerking aan de buitenkant zorgt voor een aangenaam contrast met het reflecterende zilver aan de binnenkant van de kap, zoals de zon die weerkaatst op de zee.
Ze zijn elegant, duurzaam en eenvoudig te monteren. De flexibele montageplaat maakt het mogelijk om de kabel rechtstreeks in de muur of op de muur te laten lopen. De Archos zijn zeer geschikt voor plaatsing naast een flatscreen-tv, naast een bank of bed, of als elegante wandverlichting in gangen.
