A nice small purple Zisha clay Yixing teapot, which is crafted in the shape of a pumpkin 南瓜壶. The stem of the pumpkin forms the lid’s button, while a curling vine serves as the handle. A folded leaf forms the spout.

This charming design has been cherished and passed down through generations, with examples produced during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Republic of China era, and continuing into modern times.

Stamped at the inside of the lid with a Hall mark.

Condition: No damage! Perfect condition, only minor water/lime stains inside.
