Alessandro Mendini – Alessi – “Alessandro M.” Kurkentrekker – Model AAM23 R – 2003

Iconisch designstuk van de Italiaanse ontwerper Alessandro Mendini voor het gerenommeerde designhuis Alessi. Dit model, uitgebracht in 2003, is een speelse kurkentrekker genaamd “Alessandro M.” – een zelfportret van de ontwerper.

De uitvoering met rode trui en witte broek is het model AAM23 R, en is vandaag de dag een geliefd verzamelobject. Het lichaam is vervaardigd uit duurzaam kunststof, terwijl het hoofd gemaakt is van verchroomd zamak voor een elegante, glanzende afwerking.

Niet alleen functioneel als kurkentrekker, maar ook een echte blikvanger op tafel of in een vitrinekast.
