Unieke dinertafel van Tranekaer Furniture uit Denemarken, ontworpen door Bob & Dries van den Bergh. Het tafelblad is gemaakt van kersenhout, met een centraal element van marmer. Zoals op het label vermeld komt de tafel uit 1992 (zie foto). Vakkundig in elkaar gezet, waarbij ondanks de bewegende delen bij gebruik duidelijk de kwaliteit van het ontwerp te merken is.

De unieke eigenschap van deze tafel is het uitklappende tafelblad dat in vier richtingen opent om het oppervlak te vergroten. Zo wordt het vierkante blad van achthoekige vorm, en wordt er ruimte gemaakt om met een grotere groep mensen aan tafel plaats te nemen. Daarmee dus zeer geschikt voor een eetkamer met beperkte ruimte.

Afmetingen zijn als volgt:
Hoogte: 74 cm
Breedte: 124 cm, uitgevouwen 198 cm

De tafel is in goede staat, met slechts hier en daar markeringen in het blad. De lak is nog netjes, de marmeren plaat onbeschadigd. Sommige scharnieren hebben enige aanslag maar zijn intact. De voet heeft onderaan lichte beschadigingen. Zie foto's voor details.
