A finely cast pair of silver-plated candlesticks in the neoclassical style, modelled as Corinthian columns with stepped and beaded square bases, tapering fluted shafts, and ornate capitals with acanthus leaf and scroll decoration. Each bears the maker’s mark of William Hutton & Sons .

Condition Report: Structurally sound. Both bases exhibit notable wear to the plating, with exposed patches of metal and visible rusting on the undersides, suggesting historical use and age. Loss of original plating to the base rims and screws visible beneath.
