Splendida coppia di porta candela in porcellana biscuit policroma realizzati a inizio del Novecento dalla manifattura tedesca Gebrüder Heubach.

Georg Christoph e Philipp Jakob Heubach acquistarono la fabbrica di porcellane Wilhelm Liebmann (fondata nel 1822 a Lichte ) nel 1840 e fondarono la nuova società, Gebrüder Heubach.  Nel 1846, il figlio di Christoph, Anton, rilevò le quote di Christoph. A sua volta, nel 1868, il figlio di Philipp, Louis, rilevò le quote di Philipp. Anton lasciò l'azienda, lasciando Louis come unico proprietario. Louis nominò quindi i suoi tre figli maggiori Philipp, Hermann e Ottokar. Philipp e Ottokar Heubach rilevarono la fabbrica dal padre nel 1887. Sia Philipp che Ottokar morirono nel 1919 ed Eduard Heubach, figlio di Hermann, che era in azienda dal 1908, entrò a far parte del consiglio di amministrazione.  Dal 1876 iniziarono a produrre porcellane decorative per la casa, statuette e soprammobili.  Nel 1910 iniziarono a realizzare teste di bambola in biscuit  e alcuni boccali da birra. Nel 1919, l'azienda  Ernst Bohne Söhne  fu acquistata per espandere la produzione.  Il successo fu di breve durata, operando solo fino al 1930 e contribuendo al fallimento dell'azienda nel 1937. La fabbrica fu salvata da Ottone Federico III (n. 1904-m. 1990), Principe di Ysenburg e Büdingen, ma fu nazionalizzata dal governo della Germania Est nel 1948. Tra il 1991 e il 1993 tornò alla proprietà di Ysenburg e Büdingen. Nel 1994 l'azienda divenne Lichte Porzellan, gestita da ex dipendenti.
