Signée Nicolas Martigny Menuisier-ébéniste, Paris. Maître le 19 novembre 1738. Il demeurait au faubourg Saint-Antoine, rue Saint-Nicolas, où il continua de travailler jusqu'à la fin du règne de Louis XV. Cet artisan paraît avoir surtout fabriqué des meubles de chêne et de noyer.
