Carrosserie & Lakwerk:

De carrosserie en de lak zijn in goede staat. Alleen op het rechter achterscherm net achter het portier zit een licht deukje en bijgewerkte lak beschadiging. Tevens de bumper/spoiler RV is de lak bijgewerkt. Op de motorkap een deukje en wat steenslag. Verdere een strakke carrosserie zonder grote zichtbare schade(s). De lak ziet er voor de leeftijd nog goed uit.

Technisch:

De Volvo is prima in orde. Bij 262.000 km is er een motorflush en versnellingsbakflush gedaan waar eerst reinigingsmiddel aan de olie is toegevoegd en daarna vervangen door schone olie en oliefilter. De stuurbekrachtigingsolie is ook geflushed. Tevens is de distributieset vervangen en zijn er 4 nieuwe Good-Year banden gemonteerd. In 2012 is door de firma RICA een software tuning uitgevoerd voor meer koppel en PK's, het theoretische vermogen is 250+ PK. Nadat de foto's voor de veiling zijn genomen is de uitlaat nog vervangen voor een roestvrijstalen uitvoering van het merk Ferrita. Verder is de auto die geveild wordt exact zoals op de foto's.

Interieur:

Het interieur is netjes in originele staat. Behalve het stuur dit is gerestaureerd en uitgevoerd in leer met alcantara. Tevens is de origineel lichtgrijze hemel vervangen voor een zwart alcantara hemel.
De elektrisch bedienbare stoelen werken prima en zitten goed. Zijn niet doorgezakt. Het originele Premium Sound System werkt naar behoren en ook de 6 CD wisselaar werkt nog prima en het geluid uit de 8 speakers is voor een jaren 90 auto echt PREMIUM te noemen..

Overige Informatie:

Van de vorige eigenaar zijn er nog enkele facturen die de KM stand bevestigen. Ook is er een uitdraai van de Nederlandse RDW met de vooeruighistorie waar de km stand genoteerd staat en oplopend is.

Er is in juli 2025 nog een rit gemaakt met deze R vanaf Nederland naar Italië. De auto heeft geen geen enkel mankement gehad tijdens deze reis.
