Portagioie francese in cristallo di forma rettangolare, risalente al XX secolo attribuito a Baccarat in ottime condizioni 
Lunghezza 18 cm x 12 cm x h 7 cm 
 Il portagioie è realizzato in cristallo massiccio e presenta una montatura in metallo dorato (ottone o bronzo dorato). La base e il coperchio sono incernierati insieme.
 Sia il coperchio che la base sono scolpiti con una lavorazione a rilievo che crea un motivo a griglia o a "nid d'ape", con piccole forme esagonali o romboidali che riflettono la luce, dando un effetto molto brillante e scintillante. I lati sono decorati con un motivo simile, ma più regolare e rotondo, quasi a formare una catena.
 La montatura in metallo dorato è semplice e funzionale. La sua superficie liscia e lucida crea un elegante contrasto con la texture intricata del cristallo.
 Oggetti di questo tipo erano usati per conservare gioielli o altri piccoli tesori, ed erano spesso esposti su comò o tavolini da trucco come eleganti oggetti d'arredo.
In generale, questo pezzo sembra essere di buona fattura e riflette l'eleganza e la cura dei dettagli tipiche della cristalleria francese del Novecento. Potrebbe essere un pezzo di marca, come Baccarat o Saint-Louis, ma senza marchi visibili o altre informazioni, è difficile fare un'attribuzione certa.
