Stefania Ricci, diplomata nel 1999 all’Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti di Torino.
Dalle prime ricerche artistiche,concentra la sua ricerca sulla fotografia e sui significati concettuali che il
mezzo fotografico consente di esplorare, riproponendo in chiave personale, temi classici della storia dell’arte 
alternati ad un interesse per il rapporto uomo-natura. Non abbandona, il fattore pittorico che talvolta compare 
nella sua produzione. Negli ultimi lavori propone delle video installazioni in cui la fotografia viene animata da 
video proiettati con la tecnica del video mapping. Per questa ultima produzione si avvale della 
collaborazione di un professionista del video digitale,Roberto Lupoli. Esordisce nel 1998 con una mostra 
personale al Castello di Rivara, da allora viene invitata ad esporre come artista/autrice presso gallerie private,
spazi pubblici, musei. Partecipa a diverse esposizioni collettive,a fianco di grandi artisti, nelle principali 
città italiane ed all’estero,New York, Shanghai, Colonia, Mannheim, Berlino, Nizza,Parigi. 
Hanno scritto del suo lavoro numerosi critici d’arte e di fotografia professionisti. Oggi il suo lavoro in Italia è r
appresentato dalle gallerie: Sabina Melesi di Lecco, Galleria Rob Shazar di Napoli, Galleria Gagliardi 
and Domke di Torino.
