Palanquin en bronze du XVIlle-XIXe siècle avec embouts en léopard . L’embout se disposait à l’extrémité du manche des porteurs .Un  objets qui représentent l'opulence et l'héritage culturel des modes de transport historiques de l'Inde. Façonnés et  stylisées, cette  épis de faîtage en bronze étaient jadis monté aux pôles d'un palanquin ou d'un palki, litières traditionnelles pour le transport .
