Prachtige Art Nouveau vaas van de Belgische Faïencerie de Thulin, ca. begin 20e eeuw.
De vaas is uitgevoerd in een elegant gestileerde vorm en afgewerkt met een karakteristieke druipglazuurdecoratie in warme tinten. Dit soort glazuren was typerend voor de verfijnde experimenten met kleur en textuur die de fabriek rond de eeuwwisseling ontwikkelde.

De Faïencerie de Thulin, opgericht in 1887 in de provincie Henegouwen, verwierf snel bekendheid met haar artistieke keramiek en innovatieve glazuurtechnieken. Vooral tijdens de bloeiperiode van de Art Nouveau leverde de fabriek hoogstaande stukken die vandaag de dag erg gegeerd zijn bij verzamelaars.

Conditie: Uitstekende staat, met slechts minieme sporen van gebruik.
