Dit is een Hasler (Bern) mechanische contact-tachometer – een Zwitsers precisie-instrument om het toerental van assen of de omtreksnelheid van lopende banden te meten.

Wat je op de foto ziet

Hasler Bern wijzerinstrument met stopwatch-achtige aandrijving (mechanisch uurwerk als tijdbasis).
3 opzetstukken voor verschillende metingen: rubberen punt/kelk voor assen, een “METRES” loopwiel voor lineaire snelheid (m/min)
Aandrijf-/meetspil met vierkant opname; “HUILE” markeert het smeerpunt.
Originele gebruiksaanwijzing (Duits) en foedraal. De koffer is gestempeld door de Zweedse importeur Bergman & Beving, Stockholm

Gemaakt ca. jaren 1950–1970 door Hasler AG, Bern (bekend van tachografen en precisie-meetapparatuur; later onderdeel van Ascom).
Typische specificaties van deze klasse instrumenten: meerdere bereiken via verschillende opzetstukken, resolutie in tientallen rpm, nauwkeurigheid rond ±1–2%** bij correcte druk en uitlijning.

Tips voor gebruik & behoud

* Alleen **axiale** druk geven (niet zijdelings duwen).
* Voor gladde assen de rubberen kelk gebruiken, voor vlakke oppervlakken het meters-wiel.
* Na gebruik licht ontlasten en af en toe een druppel olie op het smeerpunt (“HUILE”).
* Bewaren in de koffer om de balans/uurwerk te beschermen.

Compleet met koffer, handleiding en toebehoren is dit een **gezochte set** voor verzamelaars van vintage meetinstrumenten en horlogetechniek.
