Agrafe de chape liturgique – Bronze doré et cabochons de verre – XIXe siècle

Importante agrafe de chape en bronze doré, composée de deux larges plaques symétriques richement décorées de rinceaux et ornées chacune d’une croix centrale appliquée. Les bordures sont agrémentées de cabochons facettés en verre coloré imitant le grenat.
L’arrière présente les crochets et la barre d’attache d’origine, permettant la fixation sur le vêtement liturgique.

Ces agrafes, souvent réalisées avec soin, servaient à fermer la chape des célébrants lors des offices solennels, tout en apportant un décor symbolique.

Bon état général, avec usures d’usage et légères oxydations.
