Set di 6 forchette lunghe 20,4 cm e 6 cucchiai lunghi 20,7 con manico a violino per un peso totale di 86 grammi placate in metallo argentato CHRISTOFLE & GOMBAULT modello Filet (o “Chinon”), rari, di cui una porta anche il monogramma. Prodotte in Francia, stato: attivo. Attuale: 1862. Questo prodotto di Christofle viene definito "a doppio filetto con bordo arrotondato". Questi pezzi storici si distinguono per il design raffinato e l’alta qualità̀ artigianale, ideali per collezionisti o per chi desidera completare un servizio d’epoca. il marchio nelle posate contiene inoltre un numero di due cifre in una scatola a forma quadrata, che si riferisce alla quantità di argento (in grammi) utilizzata per la produzione di due dozzine di posate. Il marchio della ditta (Christofle), utilizzato nel periodo 1849-1862, è la scritta CHRISTOFLE inserita in un cartiglio rettangolare con angoli arrotondati. Concludendo, va ricordato che prima del 1855 tutte le posate argentate prodotte da Christofle utilizzavano l'ottone come metallo base per l'argentatura. Nel 1855 Christofle firmò un accordo con Halphen e iniziò a produrre posate in metallo argentato Alfénide. Di conseguenza, il numero di posate argentate in ottone diminuì drasticamente. Sebbene il catalogo Christofle del 1862 menzioni ancora il marchio per l'ottone argentato.
