Vaso  inglese della metà del XIX secolo in ceramica Minton (Stoke, Staffordshire) stile Imari. Reca il marchio sottosmalto “B-B NEW STONE” e numero di catalogo in rosso 5194. Questo numero corrisponde nel libro dei modelli Minton alla produzione denominata “Giappone Orientale”.  Elegante e di alta qualità, con manici gemelli e corpo a forma di bulbo, è decorato con i delicati motivi della tradizione Imari. I tipici fiori di loto, simboli di purezza ed elevazione spirituale, sono dipinti a mano sottosmalto con colori rosso ferro, salmone e blu su fondo bianco con contorni in oro. Un piccolo uccello vola tra di essi. 
Le condizioni sono molto buone. Sul bordo superiore, come evidenziato nell’ultima foto sussiste una piccola sbrecciatura.
