Claus Erik Bolby was born in Sandvig on Bornholm in 1944 and showed creativity and ingenuity early on.
He was trained as an aircraft technician, but his true passion lay in design and entrepreneurship.
Bolby was known for designing and producing lamps in the 60s and 70s under his own name.
One of his most famous lamps was named “Symfoni” and was recognized for its unique design and functional solutions.
