Biography
The duo of artists Canned satirizes our consumer society and over-industrialization. Always brimming with new and impactful ideas, the artistic pair enjoys humorously reminding us of certain limits that should not be crossed too often.
The 'CANNED' project was born from the collaboration between two French artists, Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël and Fabien Moreau (alias Mofart’z). Their common thread is the diversion of brands, images, or situations. Their main inspirations come from their personal experiences and childhood. All of this is influenced by two major artistic movements of the second half of the 20th century: Pop Art and Graffiti.
