Zeldzame 19e eeuwse jardinière van verguld messing, gedecoreerd met jachttaferelen in reliëf. 

De plantenbak bestaat uit twee delen. Een zinken binnenbak en een buitenbak van messing. Door deze koperlegering door middel van hameren en ponsen vanuit de achterkant naar voren te drijven (bosseleren) is een prachtig reliëf gecreëerd met afbeeldingen van bomen en jachthonden die zich op hun prooi storten. De bak staat op vier bewerkte pootjes met florale decoratie.

De jardinière is 16cm hoog, 30cm breed, 21cm diep. Het gewicht bedraagt 920 gram.

Het object verkeert in goede tot zeer goede staat, zeker gezien de leeftijd. De zinken binnenbak vertoont enkele kleine scheurtjes. Bekijk voor een goede indruk de foto's.
