A monumental Murano sommerso glass centerpiece, multicolour layered glass with pink/red body and yellow-green uranium inner layer.
Produced in Murano, Italy, c. 1960s.

Colours: pink/red with uranium green inner glow
Period: ca. 1960s–70s
Size: approx. 48 × 17 × 13 cm
Weight: approx. 2.5 kg
Condition: very good, no chips, only minor signs of use

Special feature: strong UV fluorescence due to uranium content (safe for decorative use)

Comparable examples have been attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d’Arte, but since the piece is unsigned we prefer not to provide a definitive attribution.

A spectacular decorative piece and a highly collectible example of mid-century Murano glass.
