Een gegraveerd archaïsch bronzen ritueel driepoot wijnbeker, jue late Shang-Dynastie periode.

商晚期 青銅□癸爵

Het is fijn gegoten in brons en vertegenwoordigt een oud wijnbeker dat werd gebruikt bij rituelen en ceremonies. Dit kleine exemplaar is prachtig versierd met een gegoten gedetailleerd patroon op het buitenste hoofdlichaam. Het staat op drie verhoogde taps toelopende poten. Het heeft een fijn gepatineerd en verdigris oppervlak dat past bij de vroege periode die het vertegenwoordigt. Naar mijn mening dateert dit stuk uit de 19e eeuw, maar het zou veel ouder kunnen zijn.
