Wersja E420 to jedna z najrzadszych i najbardziej pożądanych odmian klasy E generacji W210. Pod maską pracuje 8-cylindrowy silnik benzynowy o pojemności 4,2 litra, zapewniający nie tylko wyjątkową kulturę pracy, ale też osiągi typowe dla modeli z wyższej półki Mercedesa lat dziewięćdziesiątych.

Prezentowany egzemplarz pochodzi z 1996 roku i przez większość życia był użytkowany w Szwajcarii. Do Polski trafił w 2022 roku i od tego czasu pozostaje w rękach jednego właściciela. Samochód zachował się w bardzo dobrym stanie wizualnym i technicznym, będąc gotowym do codziennego użytku lub spokojnej eksploatacji kolekcjonerskiej.

Nadwozie i lakier

Nadwozie prezentuje się bardzo dobrze, bez oznak korozji czy widocznych ognisk rdzy – co jest rzadkością w przypadku tej generacji W210. Lakier w kolorze ciemnego granatu (oryginalny odcień) zachował głęboki połysk i równą strukturę. Nie widać wgnieceń ani zarysowań, a linie nadwozia są proste i równe. Wszystkie elementy chromowane, w tym listwy i ramki szyb, są kompletne i w dobrym stanie. Uszczelki zachowały elastyczność, nie ma śladów parowania szyb. Reflektory i klosze świateł są czyste, bez zmatowień. Samochód wyposażony jest w oryginalne felgi AMG Monoblock 18”, które dodają mu sportowego charakteru.

Stan techniczny

Pod maską znajduje się ośmiocylindrowa jednostka benzynowa M119 o pojemności 4196 cm³ i mocy 279 KM, znana z niezrównanej kultury pracy i trwałości. Silnik uruchamia się bez problemu, pracuje cicho i równo, bez wycieków. Automatyczna skrzynia biegów zmienia przełożenia płynnie, bez szarpnięć. Układ hamulcowy oraz zawieszenie są w pełni sprawne, zapewniając komfort i stabilność jazdy.
Samochód przeszedł bieżące prace eksploatacyjne po sprowadzeniu do kraju, w tym wymianę płynów i filtrów. Układ wydechowy został wykonany na zamówienie, co nadaje autu nieco bardziej rasowe brzmienie, pozostając jednak w granicach elegancji. Opony w dobrym stanie, z równym bieżnikiem. Podsufitka czysta i napięta. Drewniane wstawki mają naturalny połysk i nie noszą śladów pęknięć. Wszystkie urządzenia elektryczne – szyby, lusterka, klimatyzacja, radio, wskaźniki – działają prawidłowo. Kabina prezentuje się elegancko i zachowuje typowy dla Mercedesa z lat 90. komfort oraz solidność wykonania.

Dokumentacja

Samochód jest zarejestrowany w Polsce, posiada ważne ubezpieczenie OC oraz aktualne badanie techniczne. W komplecie znajdują się dwa kluczyki, dokumenty rejestracyjne oraz potwierdzenia wykonanych prac serwisowych.
Na życzenie kupującego możliwe jest zorganizowanie bezpiecznego transportu na terenie Unii Europejskiej – przykładowo dostawa do centralnej Francji kosztuje ok. 1 000–1 200 €.
