Having given free rein to his inspiration, selecting without reserve different barrels of the brand, he presents us with a remarkable assembly.

A work worthy of an alchemist... which he carried out with brio, as evidenced by our tasting.

On the nose, the aromas of Tarte Tatin, rancio, candied fruits and caramel awaken our greed.

On the palate, the chocolate tinged with a slight bitterness and the woody form a delicate and perfectly mastered agreement.

The finish, of a pleasant roundness, is endless...

What a pleasure to pour oneself a sip of this nectar and finally taste this absolute that everyone seeks in vain... elsewhere!
